Katie Fink

Katie Fink

Health and wellness has been a large part of my life for many years. After being a personal trainer since 2014, I decided at the end of 2018 to make a career change to help my clients heal their muscles. To feel at their most optimal self, pain-free and healthy. I attended and graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy, honours with and distinction. When I am not providing massage treatments to clients, I am either taking a trip to the mountains with my son or at the gym working out.

My knowledge and passion for massage shines through with every massage I perform. I am offering deep tissue therapeutic treatments, cupping and relaxation massages.

There are many benefits of massage therapy. My favourite benefits are improved circulation, energy and alertness. While decreasing stress, muscle pain, and lowering blood pressure/heart rate.

I look forward to helping others achieve health and wellness. To live a pain-free life!
